Finding Your Perfect Role
Our approach ensures a perfect match for both schools and candidates. We take the time to understand your career history, strengths, and aspirations to find the right opportunity for you. Whether you’re a headteacher, Early Career Teacher (ECT), or Teaching Assistant, we aim to align your goals with the right role.
WHAT WE OFFER
Long-Term Assignments
We provide staff for assignments of 4 weeks or more, such as covering for sickness, maternity leave, or other extended absences.
Temp-to-Perm
We offer a 12-week temp-to-perm contract, allowing you to evaluate the candidate before committing to a permanent role. Previous placements with us count towards this period.
Permanent Placement
We thoroughly vet candidates based on your job description and requirements, presenting shortlisted candidates for interviews. Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s salary upon job offer acceptance.
OUR PROCESS
We ensure a comprehensive vetting process for all candidates:

Face-to-Face Interviews:
Conduct personal interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role.

Qualification Confirmation:
Verify all relevant qualifications to ensure the candidate meets the required standards.

Identity and Right to Work Checks:
Confirm the candidate’s legal eligibility to work in the UK.

Prohibition and Barred List Checks:
Ensure there are no bans or prohibitions affecting the candidate’s eligibility.

Professional References and DBS Enhanced Checks:
Gather feedback from previous employers and perform detailed criminal background checks. Additionally, assess health and fitness for the role through a health questionnaire.
