"I am a qualified teacher having taught at Hatton School in Redbridge, London, other London schools and also a stint spent teaching overseas. I am also a former School Governor.

These experiences have given me first-hand knowledge of the challenges schools face in recruiting quality staff.

Since 2002 I have led education recruitment businesses recruiting education staff nationally and as Director leading regional teams of recruiters.

I particularly enjoyed being the chosen preferred recruiter to source Principals & staff for the new Primary Academies, when the Harris Federation in London launched their Primary sector.
